A couple of months ago I bought this really pretty vintage style tissue box at the thrift store that I couldn’t pass up. I planned on painting it the week I brought it home but it didn’t work out that way. I had it in storage for two months. Until last week when I went on a little painting spree and this tissue box was one of my victims.
I chose a pretty lilac color and so far I am content with my choice.
I wrapped the bottom piece in fabric but am still not convinced I chose the right one. I may change it in the future. :/
This pretty tissue box now sits on my “vanity”.
I did try distressing it a bit but you can only tell if you see it up close. Either way I still love it. 
Have you prettified anything lately??

That is so pretty! I wouldn’t have been able to pass it up either! Sometimes, I buy things meaning to redo them right away and then they end up sitting for months, too. Oh to have more time!
I know I do that all the time. lol. I am doing my best not to do that anymore though since out local GW has ridiculous prices. It’s crazy.
