Mini Lush Haul

Good Morning!

I first heard of Lush a little over 2 years ago and I have been aching to go ever since. I knew there was one in Scottsdale but never checked to see where it was exactly and although I have been to Fashion Square I just never stopped by.

Last Thursday I did though and I was super excited. I wanted to buy everything! I have to admit that it was much pricier than I expected but that’s not to say I wouldn’t buy their products based on price. It’s all natural fresh handmade cosmetics so that is a big plus and would make a splurge easy on my mind.

However, I planned to go to Union at Biltmore after Lush and didn’t want to spend the entirety of my budget there although it could have very easily been done.

I spent only $40 and here is what I decided to bring home.

IMG_0967Their bath bombs and bubbleroon were honestly what I was most excited about and was hoping to bring home LOTS but I was only able to bring these two.  :( IMG_0970The pink one is the Rose Jam Bubbleroon ($6.25) and it smells amazing. Very floral, romantic and calming. I can’t wait to try it. IMG_0971To go along with the bubbles I brought home this Tisty Tosty Rose and Lemon Love Potion ($6.35). It smells So nice and I know the two will make a wonderful bath. I have wanted to use these since Thursday night but am thinking of saving them for an evening of papering sometime later this week. IMG_0972I brought home sample sizes of these cleansers to try out first before making the splurge on a full container. I really liked that they sell by weight. Makes buying easier. IMG_0975My husband has really sensitive skin so I brought this one for him to try. I’ll have him take notes so I can give those of  you with sensitive skin a good review. ;) IMG_0976

IMG_0983This Bubblegum Lip Scrub ($9.95) was another thing I was excited to bring home. Now, I know that you can easy make your own lip scrub at home for much less than the cost of this but I just couldn’t help myself and had to have one. That’s just how it works out sometimes. :/

IMG_0991It smells so nummy.IMG_0992I wasn’t thinking to find a mask at Lush but I’m glad I did and I can’t wait to try this one. ($6.95) This must be kept in the fridge and I nearly forgot to add it to this post. That’s why it’s not in the group picture. :)

IMG_0995They have a little sticker on the back with the name of the person that made it and it’s expiration date.IMG_1000

That’s it for my little Lush haul. On my outing though I also stopped by Origins, whom I’ve heard great things about and picked up some samples.

I’ll try the products in this post over the next couple weeks and review them for you.

Til next time,

  3. I love LUSH. It’s seriously the best! I have yet to buy some bath bombs but I will be buying some once I move into my new place. I saw that you bought some sample sized facial washes. You can ask for samples for free actually. At least I was able to when I bought some stuff. I think as long as you’re buying something they’ll give you some samples for free. I got a nice chunk of the aquamarine facial wash when I went. I like getting samples cuz they’re stuff can be a bit pricey so it’s nice to try out their stuff before buying it. I really like your blog by the way!
