My new favorite shoes.

Hello!

I am so glad it’s Friday! Are you?!

I planned on posting the tutorial to my awesome new nail polish display but I’ve been too busy to upload and edit pictures so I’m sorry for that.

I’ve tried to finish my canvas wall hangings and if you follow me on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook you will know that I had a spray paint fail and it really ticked me off. So, I set it aside a few days. Then in the spur of the moment I decided to put up some new curtains in my living room and kitchen and I’ve been busy shopping for the perfect curtains and am having a hard time. I’m headed out again soon and hope I finally come home with new curtains.

Oh! Yesterday I had a meeting with my new friend to discuss the Easter Musical she’s working on and makeup and wardrobe ideas. I am so excited for this project and will keep you guys updated. For daily picture updates follow me on Instagram. :)

On to my new favorite shoes.

I had been on the hunt for a super comfortable pair of shoes for everyday use and just couldn’t get it right. A couple of months ago we were at Fashion Square mall and walked me the Crocs store and decided to take a look.

To be honest I was familiar with Crocs and thought they were ugly. I couldn’t see myself wearing them. When I walked into the store however I say some super cute flats. There were some other plastic-y looking ones that just weren’t convincing to me but when I tried them on….heaven.

These were the ones I wasn’t sure about because they are not super cute but they didn’t look awful and they were SO comfortable. Think, walking on foam.

I walked out of the store with them on. :)

The pros are their comfort. I really have never walked in a pair of shoes more comfortable than these. They do have many cons though. 1. After wearing them for an hour I noticed these little “stretch marks” on pretty much the entire shoe. Which makes an already not very cute shoe uglier. Which is con number 2. They aren’t very pretty. Not super ugly, but not very pretty either. Con number 3, You need to wear socks with them. Even with socks your feet will still get sweaty due to the material they’re made out of. Wear them without sock and it gets gross and smelly.

Even with the cons, I will definitely buy them again because they are so darn comfortable. I would rather wear a not so cute pair of shoes with socks that may make my feet stink and be extremely comfortable throughout my day than wear and insanely cute pair of shoes, sock free with no sign of stink and  have incredibly achy feet throughout my day.

While in the store I tried on these really cute and such comfortable pair that I just had to bring home.

I actually think this pair is really cute they are just as comfortable as the first pair and the lining inside is SO SOFT. It does feel quite lovely.

Problem? No socks = really stinky feet. Like really stinky. So you also need to wear socks with them which makes the nice lining inside useless because you can’t enjoy it with socks on. Boo!

They are still comfortable though and I love wearing them. Sure both pairs have their flaws but I would and will still buy them again. They are my new favorite shoes.  :)

Have you tried Crocs before? What do you think of them??

Til next time,
